TOMET MECHANICS S.R.L. has adopted a new Whistleblowing Policy in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 24/2023 and the Organisational Model 231/2001, strengthening its commitment to ethics, transparency, and legality.
The company encourages all employees, collaborators, and business partners to safely and confidentially report any unlawful acts, irregularities, or violations that may compromise the integrity of the company or the public interest.
Through dedicated reporting channels, managed with full independence by the Supervisory Body (OdV), TOMET MECHANICS ensures maximum protection for whistleblowers, preventing any form of retaliation and safeguarding the confidentiality of personal data.
With this initiative, the company reaffirms its commitment to promoting a corporate culture based on integrity, responsibility, and mutual trust, in line with the latest European and national regulations on whistleblowing and compliance 231.
